How long will it take for my new seat to get done?
Our typical turnaround time is two to three weeks, however can be twice that long during the busy spring season.
Can you make me a seat pan? What if I don't have one?
We do not do any fabrication. Your options are to either send us a stock seat pan or a custom fabricated one.
What kind of fabric can I choose from?
There are a wide variety of textures and colors available in vinyl. Of those, we stock only a limited selection, but will do our best to match your vision for a small fee. Leather is the other option, and we always have black. We try our best to keep a variety of browns in as they are one of our most popular options. Availability depends on what is at our local leather shop.
How much will my new seat cost?
Our base rate is $250 and includes basic foam shaping and cutting, vinyl, and a stitch design such as tuck and roll or diamonds. Visit the gallery page to see examples of these. Additional charges include leather, especially large and or complicated seats, and super custom designs. View our order form to get an idea about pricing.
Can you make my seat more comfortable?
Generally speaking with custom seats, it's fashion over function. For example, an inch thick cafe seat will look cool, but is going to hurt your butt. That being said, for an additional charge we can order a gel kit to insert into the foam. We're often asked to make sport bike seats more ergonomic and better for long road trips, but it is not something that we specialize in.
